A Home Report is a document that sellers in Scotland must provide before marketing their property. It contains a Single Survey (assessing the condition and value), an Energy Report, and a Property Questionnaire. As a buyer, you are entitled to request a copy, and your mortgage lender will usually accept it in place of their own valuation.
