What began as a small portfolio has grown into a trusted local agency, with an expanding presence across the city and a dedicated sales department launched in 2025. Yes. In Scotland, sellers are legally required to have a Home Report in place before marketing their property. This includes a Single Survey, an Energy Report, and a Property Questionnaire. We can point you in the right direction to get one organised quickly.
We carry out a free, no-obligation valuation at your property. We look at recent comparable sales in your area, the current market conditions, and the specific features of your home to give you an honest and accurate figure. We will never overvalue just to win your instruction.
This varies depending on the property, the price, and the market conditions. In a buoyant Glasgow market, well-priced properties can sell within days of going live. We will give you a realistic expectation at your valuation and keep you updated throughout.
Our sales fee is 0.8% + VAT of the agreed sale price. We also charge a one-off marketing fee of £350 + VAT, which covers professional photography, Rightmove and portal listings, and all marketing materials. All fees are agreed with you upfront — there are nothing hidden extras.
